SMS Consent (ScheduleSync AI LLC)

ScheduleSync AI LLC uses SMS to send appointment-related messages to customers who opt in during the booking flow in the ScheduleSync mobile app.

How users opt in

Users must actively check an unchecked checkbox during booking to consent to receive SMS messages. The checkbox is not pre-selected.

Checkbox text shown to users:


“I agree to receive SMS appointment reminders and updates from ScheduleSync AI LLC. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.”

Message purpose and frequency

Message types: appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and important booking updates.
Message frequency: varies based on user bookings (typically 0–4 messages per appointment).

Opt-out and help

Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Users can get help by replying HELP.
